LuTU2018 Sisävesien ja rantojen luontotyyppien esiintymäaineistot uhanalaisuusarvioinnissa

Luontotyyppien uhanalaisuusarviointia (LuTU) 2018 varten koottiin esiintymäaineistoja yhteensä yli 150 luontotyypistä tai luontotyyppiyhdistelmästä. Aineisto on jaettu tiedostoihin luontotyyppien pääryhmien mukaan.

Sisävesien ja rantojen luontotyyppien tunnettuja esiintymiä on tässä aineistossa seuraavista tyyppiryhmistä tai tyypeistä:

Järvet: 13 järvityypin esiintymät. Järvet-aineistossa on puutteita etenkin pinta-alaltaan pienimmissä vakavesimuodostumissa. Uhanalaisuusarvioinnissa järvien ja lampien ohjeellisena raja-arvona pidettiin 10 hehtaarin pinta-alaa, mutta kaikki yli 10 hehtaarin vakavedet eivät sisälly aineistoon.

Lähteiköt: lähteikköjen tunnetut esiintymät eutrofisia lähteitä lukuun ottamatta. Aineistossa on puutteita etenkin Pohjois-Suomessa. Aineistossa voi olla myös jo tuhoutuneita lähteitä.

Joet: 10 jokityypin esiintymät. Joet-aineistossa on puutteita etenkin pienimmissä virtavesityypeissä. Puroja on aineistossa vain muutama, eivätkä pikkujokien aineistot ole kattavia.

Sisävesien hiekka- ja kivikkorannat: neljän hiekka- tai kivikkorantatyypin esiintymät.

RLE Finland 2018 Inland water habitats in the assessment of threatened habitat types, occurrences

The dataset was used in the threat assessments of Finnish habitat types 2018. The collected dataset includes 150 habitat types and is divided into different files according to the main divisions of the habitat types. This data contains the occurrences of the inland water habitats.

Lakes: The dataset contains occurrences of 13 lake habitat types. To distinguish lakes from ponds, a threshold value of 10 hectares has been employed. Nevertheless, it's important to note that not all bodies of standing water with an area exceeding 10 hectares have been included in this dataset. As a result, the lake dataset remains incomplete, particularly in regard to smaller bodies of standing water.

Springs: The dataset contains occurrences excluding eutrophic springs. The dataset is incomplete particularly in Northern Finland. The dataset may also include springs that have already been destroyed.

Streams and rivers: The dataset contains occurrences of 10 stream and river habitat types. The dataset is incomplete particularly in smaller stream and river habitat types.

Sand and stone lake shores: The dataset contains occurrences of 4 sand and stone lake shore types.

The datasets are in their original formats and without any geometry corrections.
